The new higher education admission criteria is strictly based on the performance of a studeinEntranceExaminations. Almost all the educational institutions in India conduct entrance examinations. In our state many private institutions give special coaching to students to score high ranks in these examinations. Many of them are mere profit motive companies without much facilities. Many such institutions employ a great deal of stress on students that leads to long lasting mental disorder to the victims.Keeping this in mind, the Archdiocese of Changanacherry has already come forward to provide entrance exacoaching in a totally stress-free atmosphere. It aims at rendering quality coaching making use of the expertise of the veterans in the field. The highly experienced faculties not only train the students to get the best ranking, but mould them to be good citizens also.
The classes are in progress in the Kurisummood Campus with a batch of 60 students getting training for the Medical and Engineering Entrance Examinations conducted by the state Government and various other agencies.
At present the students if Class XI undergo long tecourses. In future the centre aims at giving short term and crash courses. The centre also aims at coaching students for the civil services examinations and other competitive examinations.
